How online lessons work
Simple and predictable, so parents always know where they stand.
- Free 15-minute assessment. A short online meeting with one of our tutors. It is not a lesson: it is a chance to see where the learner is, hear what worries you, and agree on a plan.
- Create your account. Parents set up the account and add each learner. Learners under 18 are always linked to a parent.
- Buy lesson tokens. One token is one 30-minute lesson. You pay up front on a secure payment page.
- Book and learn. Book a time that suits you and join on a laptop or tablet with a camera, a microphone and a stable internet connection.
One-to-one, 30 minutes at a time
Every lesson is one-to-one. Want a full hour? Book two lessons with a 15 minute break between them. It is a feature, not a workaround: children concentrate better in 30 minute blocks, and the break lets them reset.
Nothing is ever owed
Lessons are prepaid. If there is no token, there is no booking. We never owe you money and you never owe us money.
Cancelling
Cancel 24 hours or more before the lesson and the token goes back to your account. If the tutor cancels, the token is always returned.
Recordings
Lessons are recorded for quality and safety. Recordings are kept for 90 days and then deleted.
