We look after your information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we store

Your contact details as parent or guardian, each learner's first name, grade and school type, lesson notes, and lesson recordings.

To run and improve the lessons, to keep learners safe, and to look after your account and payments.

Account details and lesson notes for as long as your account is open. Recordings for 90 days, then they are deleted.

We never sell your information and we never share it with anyone else. We never contact a learner directly: everything goes through the parent.

This website sets no cookies and runs no tracking or analytics scripts.

You may withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your information at any time. Email support@peninhand.co.za.
