You are trusting us with your child. Here is exactly how we look after them.

Checks

• SAPS police clearance certificate: in progress. We will show the certificate here once it is issued.
• Form 30 check against the National Child Protection Register: in progress. We will show the result here once it is issued.

How lessons are run

• Lessons are online only, on the Pen in Hand platform.
• Lessons are recorded for quality and safety. Recordings are kept for 90 days and then deleted.
• Our tutors never contact a learner directly outside the platform.
• All communication goes through your account, as the parent or guardian.
• For younger learners we ask that a parent is present or nearby during the lesson.

Your information

We keep only what we need, with your consent, and we never sell or share it. Read the privacy page.

Payments

You pay on a secure payment page run by PayFast. We never see your card details.
